In 2007, a record year for the event, Riviera – Australia’s largest luxury boat manufacturer – was the number one retailer at the show, selling 31 boats valued at $35 million. Riviera CEO, Wes Moxey said “I go to shows all over the world and in my opinion, this is the best show in the world.’’ The 2007 show generated $150 million in boat sales and attracted 53,156 people.
