Local favourites set for huge displays

Sanctuary Cove is set to play host to the latest and greatest in the world of trailerable boats with favourites Queensland Marine Centre (QMC), Northside Marine and Surf Coast Marine among those showcasing displays at the Boating Festival from November 13 to 15.

Queensland Marine Centre takes the top spot when it comes to trailer boats, showcasing the largest display of vessels across land and water at the event.

“We’ve been exhibiting at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show since 1996 and are keen to continue our long tradition of bringing our trailerable boats category to Gold Coast locals,” QMC’s managing director Andrew Bennett said.

“We’ll be showcasing four new models that were scheduled to debut earlier in the year, including the newly released Boston Whaler 380 on water and the MasterCraft NXT 24 on trailer, which is a fun and affordable wake surf boat.”

Northside Marine Sales Manager, Bill Hull anticipates their range of Jeanneau boats to pique the interest of boating veterans and novices alike.

“We can feel a real excitement in the air coming into the boating season, with a number of our customers already telling us that they will be attending the Festival to peruse the eight Jeanneau boats we will have on show,” he said.

Surf Coast Marine Sales Manager Eric Steele said there will be some exciting products on offer, particularly across the Quintrex range.

“Our most popular models in the range will be on show, as well as a number of well optioned, custom-built packages for boat lovers everywhere,” Mr Steele said.

“We’re excited to present to a broader market in person at the event and can’t wait for visitors to get up close with some of the newest models.”

Access to the Sanctuary Cove Boating Festival is made easy with free on-site parking. While the event is free for the public, visitors must register their attendance to comply with COVID Safe plans.
