YOUR GUIDE TO THE 2017 SANCTUARY COVE INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW

So much more than just a boat show, the 2017 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show boasts a packed schedule of boating-themed displays, live music, kids’ activities, celebrity cooking demonstrations and hands-on experiences for seasoned boaties and those considering dipping a toe in!

The Marine Village will be transformed into a thriving hub of fun for the whole family, as the region’s premier boat show rolls out four full days of entertainment.

From first entry till sundown, patrons will discover a lively atmosphere teeming with colour and energy throughout the Boat Show precincts and roving entertainment completing the carnival vibe.

Aspiring gourmet chefs can learn new tricks of the trade to take their cooking to the next level, with Gold Coast fishing and lifestyle expert Paul Burt hosting live cooking demonstrations at SCIBS this year.

Expect a large crowd to gather as the enticing aroma wafts throughout The Deck, with the charismatic cook sharing his tips for preparing fresh seafood.

The popular Channel 7 weather presenter loves nothing more than cooking up freshly caught fish on the grill, with a focus on letting the seafood remain the hero of the dish.
